Join Tracey Garcia, E-RYT 500, as she guides you on a four-week journey to build a strong foundation for a satisfying and consistent home yoga practice. Step-by-step, Tracey will support you in the measures to take to find lasting success in creating a gratifying home practice. Each week the teachings will be delivered to your Inbox on Sunday for you to engage with throughout the week. Included in the teachings are weekly, full-length yoga classes that you can practice in your new “home studio.” All the lessons are recorded so you do not need to attend anything live but we’ll have a Facebook Group during this course to support your learning and integration process.
